Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by plattetlsm B.V. ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website plattetlsm.live and beauty academy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and plattetlsm B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands (Registration Number: D66385201) with its principal place of business at Berkenlaan 100, 4899 HN Breda, North Brabant, Netherlands.

Description of Services

plattetlsm provides professional beauty education and training services through our academy in Breda, Netherlands. Our services include:

• Student support services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

User Obligations and Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

• Attend classes regularly and participate actively in your chosen programs
• Treat staff, instructors, and fellow students with respect and professionalism

Prohibited Conduct

Enrollment and Payment Terms

Course Enrollment

Enrollment in our courses is subject to availability and meeting any prerequisite requirements. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion. Course fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at the time of enrollment.

Payment and Refunds

All fees are due according to the payment schedule provided. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Refund policies vary by course and will be clearly communicated at the time of enrollment. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by plattetlsm, including but not limited to course materials, curricula, videos, images, text, software, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of plattetlsm B.V. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use these materials solely for your personal educational purposes in connection with your enrollment in our courses. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our materials
• Use our content for commercial purposes

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of your enrollment and legal action.

Privacy and Data Protection

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation of liability does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific educational outcomes or career results

While we strive to provide high-quality education and career support, we cannot guarantee specific employment outcomes or career advancement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless plattetlsm B.V., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship established by these Terms with appropriate notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to our business, other students, or staff.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services will cease immediately
• You must return any materials or property belonging to plattetlsm
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and governing law will survive

Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

For consumer transactions, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations and may offer alternative arrangements where possible.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you through our website or direct communication. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may terminate your relationship with us in accordance with the termination provisions outlined above.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any course-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and plattetlsm B.V. regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
